Operating procedures for information processing facilities are documented and available to those who need them.
What an assessor looks for
Procedures must be current and reachable by the people performing the task, including during an incident when normal systems may be unavailable.
Where it usually fails
Procedures are stored only in a system that would itself be unavailable in the scenario requiring them.
