Changes to information processing facilities and systems are subject to change management procedures.
What an assessor looks for
Sample recent changes and check they followed the process, including emergency changes and their retrospective approval.
Where it usually fails
Emergency change is used routinely to bypass approval, so the standard process governs only the changes nobody was in a hurry to make.
