What an assessor looks for
Show the rules and the acceptance record. Where AI tools, personal devices or removable media are in use, expect the rules to address them specifically rather than by silence.
Where it usually fails
The acceptable use policy predates the technology in use, most visibly on generative AI tools staff have already adopted.
