Supplier service delivery is monitored and reviewed, and changes to it are managed.
What an assessor looks for
Onboarding assessment is not enough. Show the ongoing review cadence, what it examines, and how a supplier's own change was handled.
Where it usually fails
Suppliers are assessed once at onboarding and never revisited, so an assessment three years old is presented as current assurance.
