Show who you would contact, for what, and how quickly, including the regulator and law enforcement routes. Statutory reporting deadlines should appear here rather than being discovered mid-incident.
Where it usually fails
Authority contacts are listed generically with no thresholds, so nobody can tell from the document when contact is actually required.
